Ingredients

1 large egg
1 English muffin, split and toasted
1 slice deli ham
1 tomato slice
1/4 avocado, sliced

Directions

1. Crack the egg into a small, greased, microwave-safe bowl or ramekin. Pierce yolk with a fork and microwave in 20-second intervals until firm, about 1 minute.
2. Sandwich cooked egg between English muffin with ham, sliced tomato, and avocado.
