Whipped Feta Dip

Ingredients

1 (8-oz.) block feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. honey, plus extra for garnish
1 small garlic clove, chopped
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Whipped Feta Dip

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except thyme in a food processor and puree until mixture is smooth and airy, about 30 seconds.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with extra honey, and sprinkle with thyme leaves before serving.
