Sweet and Smoky Popcorn

For an even smokier flavor, garnish the finished popcorn with smoked salt.
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
Pinch cayenne pepper
8 cups popped popcorn (about 1/3 cup kernels or 1 standard microwave bag)
Smoked salt (optional)
Sweet and Smoky Popcorn


1. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add paprika, brown sugar, and cayenne and cook, stirring constantly, for 15 seconds.
2. Toss butter with popcorn and season with salt to taste.
