Ingredients

This cool and creamy Indian condiment is best served as an accompaniment to spicy curries and rice dishes.
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint or cilantro
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Cucumber Raita

Directions

1. Combine yogurt, cucumber, mint, and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
