Speedy Matzo Bark

5 matzo crackers
1 (12-oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/2 cup toffee bits
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Speedy Matzo Bark


1. Arrange matzo in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, breaking up pieces to fit as needed.
2. Melt chocolate chips, then pour evenly over matzo, spreading into a thin, even layer.
3. Sprinkle toffee bits and almonds evenly over chocolate and refrigerate until set.
