Herbed Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt
2 scallions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
Herbed Yogurt Sauce

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine; season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
