Cantaloupe Wedges with Feta

1 (2-lb.) cantaloupe, halved lengthwise and seeded
1/2 cup feta cheese
Extra-virgin olive oil, for garnish
Smoked paprika, for garnish
Cantaloupe Wedges with Feta


1. Cut each cantaloupe half into eight (1"-thick) wedges. Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with feta. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika before serving.
