Fresh Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

To up the heat quotient, add more red pepper flakes to taste.
Salt and pepper
8 oz. spaghetti
4 medium tomatoes, cored and cut into 1" pieces
2 Tbsp. sliced fresh basil, plus more for garnish
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Pinch red pepper flakes
Fresh Tomato Pasta

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and transfer to a large bowl.
2. Add tomatoes, basil, oil, and pepper flakes to bowl with pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss well to combine and top with more basil before serving.
