Roasted Strawberries

1 lb. fresh strawberries
1 Tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon McCormick vanilla extract
Roasted Strawberries


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a parchment lined pan with baking spray.
2. Wash strawberries, stem and cut in half. Place strawberries cut side down on parchment. Drizzle with honey and vanilla.
3. Roast strawberries for 8-10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated and berries are soft. Use warm as a topping for yogurt or oatmeal.
