Apple Pie Oatmeal

1 cup steel cut oats
2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
2 apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2" pieces
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp. McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. McCormick Apple Pie Spice
2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup, packed brown sugar or other sweetener
4 cups Unsweetened Ripple Dairy-Free Pea Milk or almond milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Apple Pie Oatmeal


1. Lightly grease inside of 2 quart slow cooker.
2. Add oats, flax seeds, apples, raisins, vanilla, apple pie spice and maple syrup.
3. Pour pea or almond milk over oats, stir well to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low setting 4 hours.
5. Serve topped with walnuts and optional extra milk/sweetener if desired.
