Ingredients

1/4 head savoy cabbage, cored and sliced thin
1/4 English cucumber, sliced thin
2 scallions, sliced thin
1 1/2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch sugar
Cucumber-Cabbage Slaw

Directions

1. Toss all ingredients in a medium bowl. Let sit 10 minutes before using.
