Pan-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup Chopped onion
1 lb brussels sprout
1 pinch salt
1 splash Balsamic Vinegar
Pan-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Directions

1. In large frying pan with high sides, heat olive oil to medium heat and saute chopped onions until tender.
2. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and saute 8-10 minutes until tender-crisp.
3. Sprinkle with salt and balsamic vinegar.
