Spaghetti Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients

If you've got leftover cabbage from another recipe, this is a simple and tasty way to use it up. The simplicity of this side will play nicely with anything you can dream up to pair with it.
8 oz. linguine
1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
4 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Spaghetti Cabbage Stir Fry

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
2. While pasta cooks, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until translucent (3-5 minutes).
3. Add cabbage to pan and stir-fry for until cabbage is soft and browning (8-10 minutes).
4. Toss cooked pasta, salt, and pepper with cabbage mixture in pan and saute to combine flavors (2-3 minutes).
