Ingredients

This quick and easy side dish that will compliment almost any meal. Fresh green beans will bring the most flavor to the dish, but frozen work beautifully too.
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. green beans, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Directions

1. Heat oil in large skillet. Saute onion until brown (7-8 minutes).
2. Stir in green beans, salt, and black pepper. Heat through (3-5 minutes).
3. Garnish with parsley to serve.
