Ingredients

This quick and easy recipe goes great with any meal as a tasty side dish. If you have a little bit of lemon zest or lemon juice, try them in place of the lemon pepper for a fresher flavor.
3 cups baby carrots
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. dill
Dilled Carrots

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Toss the carrots with the oil, lemon pepper, and dill. Spread on a baking sheet and roast until tender (25-30 minutes). Serve warm.
