Spinach Dip

Ingredients

Use thisĀ mild, herby vegetable dip with any of your favorite veggies, or serve it with pita crisps or Italian bread.
10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. plain, low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dill
For Dipping:
1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
2 stalks of celery, cut in 3 inch pieces
Spinach Dip

Directions

1. Squeeze the spinach to remove excess liquid. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate until the flavors have blended (1 hour).
