This easy smoothie is a great nutrient-packed beverage for a breakfast on the go. The best part is that it's designed to be flexible with what's in your fridge. Out of kale but have collards? 1 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
2 dried apricots
1 banana
1 cup chopped kale
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup frozen berries
