Spice Roasted Almonds

Ingredients

A fantastic, healthy snack that's sure to please! If hot and spicy isn't your thing, take the nuts in a fall directions with a sweeter spice combo like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and a dash of cardamom.
2 cups almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. pepper
Spice Roasted Almonds

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Toss all ingredients together and spread evenly on a baking sheet.
3. Bake about until almonds are toasted, stirring twice (10 minutes). Cool before serving.
