Ingredients

Cabbage rolls, a traditional dish of rice and ground meat wrapped in cabbage and cooked in tomato sauce, are delicious. Rolling the stuffing and allowing the rice to cook, however, is a process that makes them a special occasion dish. This speedy skillet offers all the flavor of a cabbage roll without all the trouble of rolling.Tip: If you prefer not to work with leftover rice, use quick-cooking brown rice and make it fresh while the vegetables are cooking.
1 tsp. olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 pound extra-lean ground turkey
1/2 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 (14 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
3 cups cooked brown rice
