If you like rice pudding then you will love this warm rice drink that is rich in heart-healthy fat and makes use of leftover rice!
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. unsweetened almond milk
1 t. honey
Dash cinnamon
2 T. hemp hearts
Warm Cinnamon Almond Rice Drink

Directions

1. Heat cooked rice and almond milk together. Stir in honey to taste, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
2. Transfer milk mixture to blender. Add hemp hearts and blend until smooth.
