Vegan Tofu Ranch

Ingredients

Silken tofu's natural creaminess forms the base of this vegan ranch dip, which gets its punchy flavor from herbs, spices, and a splash of vinegar.
8 oz. silken tofu
3/4 tsp. nutritional yeast
3/4 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
2 tsp. minced fresh dill
Vegan Tofu Ranch

Directions

1. Combine tofu, nutritional yeast, vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a blender. Puree until smooth, then transfer to a small bowl.
2. Stir in chives and dill and season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
