1 cup of all-purpose whipping cream
2 Tablespoons instant pudding mix (your choice of flavor)* **
Whipped Cream


1. Chill bowl and whipping cream in refrigerator for at least one hour.
2. Combine whipping cream and pudding mix in mixing bowl and whip at high speed (3-4 minutes) until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip or butter will form.
*may also substitute flavored instant gelatin to make flavored whipped cream such as lime or cherry.
