Bloody Mary Mix

Ingredients

This recipe requires at least 2 hours of chilling time. To use in a cocktail, fill a highball glass with ice, add 2 ounces vodka, then fill the rest of the way with Bloody Mary Mix and stir well. Finish with your choice of garnishes such as celery stalks, olives, pickled vegetables, and/or lemon or lime wedges. You can substitute tomato juice for the Clamato Juice Cocktail.
1 (32-oz.) bottle Clamato Juice Cocktail
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. hot sauce, plus more to taste

Directions

1. Whisk all ingredients in a pitcher. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours and up to 3 days, before serving.
