Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

Roasted Asparagus
16 oz Fresh asparagus spear
8 oz button mushroom, pieces and slices
12 thin slices bermuda red onion
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
Roasted Asparagus

Directions

1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil. Slice vegetables.
2. Put vegetables in bowl and toss with oil. Spread onto baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper to taste. Roast 20-25 minutes until slightly charred and tender.
