Chicken Tuscany

Chicken Tuscany
2 whole chicken breast
11/2 teaspoon Olive oil, salad or cooking
6 tablespoon Chicken bouillon/broth, 99% fat free
11/2 teaspoon Fresh parsley, chopped

1. Combine flour with salt and pepper in shallow dish. Place beaten egg in separate shallow dish. Coat chicken in flour and then egg.
2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 3-5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove chicken to serving platter and cover to keep warm.
3. Add chicken broth and bruschetta to skillet. Add parsley and pour sauce over chicken on platter. Serve with Hannaford Inspirations Rosemary Olive Oil Organic Bread. (Note: Hannaford Inspirations Rosemary Olive Oil Organic Bread not included in the nutritional analysis.)
