Loaded Pizza
1/4 oz whole wheat pizza crust, prepared
6 oz Al Fresco sweet Italian style chicken sausage, fully cooked
2 cup Sauce, pasta, mushroom and green pepper
3/4 cup Cheddar and mozzarella pizza cheese, shredded
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450degreesF. Place pizza cruston a baking sheet. Slice sausages thinly andset aside.
2. Spread sauce onto crust. Sprinkle on pizzacheese, then top with artichoke (if using),sausage, and onion. Top with Parmesan.
3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until crust iscrispy and cheese is melted and golden.Slice and serve immediately.
