Frying instructions: 4 easy steps: chicken, seafood, fish, pork, beef. Deep Fry: 1. Preheat oil to 350 degrees (make sure oil is to temp before adding meat) 2. Dip pieces in liquid (milk or buttermilk) and shake off excess. 3. Coat product well with Seasoned Flour and shake off excess. 4. Deep fry until done. Make sure product is cooked thoroughly. Pan Fry: 1. Preheat 1/4 - 1/2 inch oil in a heavy bottomed skillet or frying pan to 350 degrees over medium/high heat. (make sure oil is to temp before adding meat) 2. Dip pieces in liquid (milk or buttermilk) and shake off excess. 3. Coat product well with Seasoned Flour and shake off excess. 4. Pan fry both sides flipping only once. Make sure product is cooked thoroughly. Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Lightly coat each side with cooking spray. 3. Coat well with Seasoned Flour and shake off excess. 4. Place on baking dish and coat top with additional cooking spray. 5. Place in oven and bake until fully cooked. For best results, turn oven to broil the last 3-5 minutes of cooking. Tip: This product will be lighter in color when compared to deep frying. Air Fry Instructions: 1. Preheat air fryer according to manufactures instructions. 2. Lightly coat all sides of product with cooking spray. 3. Coat well with Seasoned Flour and shake off excess. 4. Place in air fryer and coat top with additional cooking spray. 5. Air fry until golden brown and fully cooked.
