Preparation Hints for Making Gourmet Pizzas: Lightly top the flatbread with 3-5 oz of shredded cheese. We recommend using mozzarella along with asiago or parmesan. Lightly drizzle your sauce on top of cheese. We recommend a simple crushed tomato mixed with garlic (try fresh basil too). Add additional toppings if desired. In Your Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees, cook pizza directly on the rack or on a pizza stone for 8-12 minutes (or until pizza crust is crispy on bottom). Cook on the bottom rack for an extra crispy pizza. Don't use a pan! On The Grill: Preheat the grill to 450 degrees or medium heat. Once preheated, turn one side down to low and cook pizza on low heat side with the lid closed. Check the pizza every 2 minutes until crisp and cheese is melted (about 5-7 on minutes depending on grill temp). Do not overcook!
