Directions

Cooking Directions: Pancakes: Pancakes: 5-7; Mix: 1 cup; Water: 3/4 cup. Pancakes: 12-14; Mix: 2 cups; Water: 1-1/2 cups. Pancakes: 18-20; Mix 3 cups; Water: 2-1/4 cups. Heat skillet over medium-low heat or electric griddle to 375 degrees F. Skillet is ready when drops of water sizzle then evaporate. Combine mix and water; stir just until large lumps disappear. Overmixing may toughen pancakes. For thicker pancakes, use a little less water; for thinner pancakes, use a little more water. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto lightly greased griddle. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown. Waffles: Preheat waffle iron. Combine the following ingredients: 2 cups mix, 1-1/2 cups water, and 1/3 cup oil. For best results, allow batter to set 4-5 minutes before baking. Pour desired amount of batter into lightly greased waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops. Makes 4-7 inch waffles. Do not consumer/eat raw batter. Pancakes & Waffles are some of the tastiest breakfast foods around - but you can enjoy them any time of the day with this quick, easy & delicious mix. Good idea! To make your pancakes & waffles extra delicious, toss in stand-by favorites like chocolate chips or blueberries, or take a walk on the wild side by adding a dash of OJ, a dollop of peanut butter, or slices of precooked sausage to your batter!
