I created my Reserve wines with this in mind, taking care to craft them to the highest standards - Joseph Carr, Founder, Josh Cellars. The Central Coast region of California is an ideal place to grow Chardonnay. The area enjoys long, warm, sunny days and cool, foggy nights influenced by its close proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Our Josh Cellars Reserve Central Coast Buttery Chardonnay has scents of juicy, ripe stone fruit and baked lemon, with notes of vanilla, butter and caramel on the palate. To achieve such a nuanced and luscious flavor, our master winemaker methodically matures Chardonnay in oak to transform tart flavors into softer, creamier ones. The result is an exceptional Chardonnay with a velvety texture and balanced, luscious flavor that is easy to love.
