Pairs well with salads and light chicken, seafood or fish dishes. This is a great wine to serve with pasta or vegetarian dishes. Serve chilled. Keep fresh after opening. 1. Place the box on its back so that the pre-cut circle is facing upward. 2. Press the pre-cut circle, lift up the perforated flap and take out the tap. 3. Put the tap into cut-out, refit it and close the flap. 4. To pour press both wings with your fingers. Remove to without tap. Consume within 6 weeks of opening.
