Cooking Directions: Stovetop: In medium saucepan, bring 1/4 cups water and 1 tablespoon unsalted butter* just to a boil. Stir in rice and contents of seasoning and orzo packet. Return to a boil. Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until most of water is absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat and lightly fluff with a fork before serving. * Oilve oil may be substituted for butter. Microwave: In a 2-quart microwaveable casserole dish, combine rice, seasoning and orzo packet, 24 cups water and 1 tablespoon unsalted butter*. Cover and microwave on high 18 to 20 minutes** or until most of water is absorbed and rice is tender. Let stand about 5 minutes until all water is absorbed. Lightly fluff with fork before serving. * Olive oil may be substituted for butter. ** Microwave times may vary. Caution: Dish will be hot.
