Stovetop: 1 Thaw lobster cakes under refrigeration just before cooking. 2 Melt 1 Tbsp. of unsalted butter in a pan over low heat. 3 Heat lobster cakes for 6 minutes per side, until lightly browned and heated through. For food safety and quality, use thermometer to ensure Lobster Cakes are cooked to 165 degrees F (75 degrees C). Cooking time may vary. Keep frozen.
