I came from using a NYC based dough for years, and luckily didn't have to look far for great pizza dough when I came to Maine. Crank your oven up to 550 and put in a piece of 1/2" steel. Let it preheat an hour. Cut one of these doughs in half. Roll out your dough on parchment paper. Put your toppings on. Put it in the oven on the steel for 1 minute then pull the parchment paper. Let it cook another 4 minutes. Perfect pizza.
