Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Greek Yogurt Plain is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This may not be the cheapest yogurt on the shelves, but that's because (in my opinion# it is considerably superior to all other brands, be it regular or Greek style. Years ago when I was in the home of an old Greek couple, they proudly served me a generous sized bowl of authentic Greek style yogurt they had made earlier in the day. It was out of this world delicious and quite thick I noted. To this day I prefer it thick, not thin and/or runny like so many yogurts. If I'm having it for breakfast I make a parfait by layering yogurt, fresh fruit, prefer strawberries, blueberries, fresh pineapple or banana, organic granola and on the top some toasted and salted sunflower seeds. You'll think you're in heaven! As much as I love my yogurt parfaits, I love the fact that this yogurt can stand in for sour cream. That's going to save a boat load of calories. I've served it to company on baked potatoes along with fresh minced chives and got rave reviews. You like cheesecake? Make a low calorie version with Stonyfield yogurt. You'll never go back.
