Meatballs get a major flavor upgrade with the addition of hoisin sauce and a moo shu spice blend (think ginger, garlic, and deliciousness). To ensure they stay plump and juicy, we pop them in the oven, then brush them with some more hoisin for maximum satisfaction. A side of green beans and limey jasmine rice brings it all together.
