Easy Herbed Salmon

Get Ready

Servings: Serves 4 4 oz. Servings

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 12 minutes

Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

1 lb Salmon fillet
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon herbes de provence
1 dash ground black pepper

directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle olive oil on salmon and sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.
2. Place in shallow baking dish and bake for 5-12 minutes, depending on thickness, until fish is opaque and cooked through.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good and easy Not AMAZING, but fairly tasty. Very easy to prepare and cook. I made mine from frozen salmon and it worked fine. I used just one fillet, so only needed a tsp of oil and scaled back the spices a bit (just used enough to cover the salmon).
