Balsamic & Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
This recipe is easy to make and will make a great addition to your favorite entree. Fresh cauliflower will give you the best texture, but frozen is fine—add 10 minutes to the roast time.
8 cups cauliflower florets
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. marjoram (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Toss cauliflower, oil, marjoram, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread on a large baking sheet and roast until soft and brown on the bottom (15-20 minutes).
3. Toss the cauliflower with vinegar and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven and roast until the cheese is melted and any moisture has evaporated (5 minutes).
