Black Bean Salad
1 large Fresh mango, diced (or can of diced pineapple, drained)
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
3 stalk scallion, chopped
1 medium Red bell pepper, seeded, diced
1 15 oz Can Black beans, rinsed, drained
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 medium lime, juiced
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon canola oil
