Cilantro-Jalapeno Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
Serve this dip with fresh veggies.
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 jalapeno, stemmed, seeded, and chopped
1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 teaspoon lime zest plus 1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper

Cilantro-Jalapeno Yogurt Dip

directions
1. Combine yogurt, jalapeno, cilantro, lime zest and juice, cumin, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and the sugar in the bowl of a food processor and puree until smooth, about 30 seconds, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
2. Transfer to a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
