Ingredients
1 cup steel-cut oats
3 cups water
2 cups skim milk, (or almond, soy or rice milk), divided
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 each Banana, sliced
1 tablespoon maple syrup

directions
1. Combine oats, water, 1 cup milk, salt and cinnamon in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low overnight.
2. Add maple syrup and more milk to desired consistency, top with sliced bananas and serve immediately.
