Celebration planned for Red Hook Hannaford

The Red Hook Hannaford Supermarket & Pharmacy will host a Grand Reopening event on Saturday, July 21 to celebrate the completion of a renovation project brought curbside grocery pickup; hundreds of new products; and a wide variety of additional meal choices to the store.
Customers now can purchase products through Hannaford To Go, a service that allows customers to select groceries online and have that order brought to their car in the parking lot.  Customers in a hurry also have access to many new convenient, delicious meal options, including in-store made sandwiches, salads and sushi; new wing and salad bars; and hot chicken.
The supermarket has hundreds of additional products on the shelves, including many more natural and organic items.  Convenient meal solutions, such as new ready-to-cook meat and seafood choices, have been added to make shopping faster and easier than ever.
“Customers here have many more choices on the shelf and a fresh, new décor to enjoy, including a really beautiful Produce section,” said Store manager Matthew Cosh. “We appreciate the patience customers showed as we made these changes.  Now that renovations are complete, we encourage everyone in the area to come see what their local Hannaford has to offer.”
What: Red Hook Hannaford Grand Reopening Celebration
When: Saturday, July 21, starting at 7 a.m.
Where: 35 Hannaford Drive, Red Hook, N.Y.

In conjunction with the Grand Reopening, Hannaford will be donating $6,000 to community organizations.  The Red Hook Public Library and Red Hook Plays will each receive $3,000.
