Out of an abundance of caution, the Hannaford store at 505 Pleasant Street in Bristol is recalling fresh margherita pepperoni purchased at the store on Sunday, May 25 and Monday, May 26 with a sell-by date of May 28 because the item(s) may contain foreign material. This recall notice applies to only freshly-sliced product purchased from the deli counter or grab-and-go case. Customers should check their storage and freezer areas for this product and not eat the product. Product or its packaging may be returned to the store for a full refund.
