1. Place onions, jalapeno peppers and fish, plus 1 tablespoon water in a hot skillet.
2. Sprinkle with spices, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over med heat for about 6 minutes.
3. Serve on corn tortillas with one or more suggested toppings: Fresh or prepared salsa, Hot sauce, Hannaford nonfat sour cream, Lime wedges,Shredded lettuce or cabbage, Chopped tomatoes, Chopped cilantro.
