Baked Seasoned Potato Chips
Potato chips have a reputation for being pure junk food, but the truth is, potatoes have some useful nutrition in them, and when lightly dressed and considered in balance with your day, there's no reason not to enjoy everyone's favorite snack! Made at home and served with a bit of high-protein, low-fat yogurt-based dip, they can be a reasonable bridge between meals.
