1. Slice breast in half or pound thin. Pour simmer sauce over chicken. Let marinate for 10 - 20 minutes.
2. Remove chicken from marinade and grill or broil about 3 - 4 minutes each side or until chicken is cooked through.
FOR STOVE TOP SIMMER:
1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Pour simmer sauce in large sauce pan with cover and heat to a simmer.
2. Add chicken to pan, cover and cook about 6 - 8 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over rice.
