1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 cup Sliced green onion
2 cup Fresh sliced mushrooms
4 oz Egg Substitute, low fat and cholest, fzn
2 each Cooked chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce, light
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
4 cup Cooked brown rice

1. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Saute green onions and mushrooms.
2. Add the eggs and scramble until done.
3. Add the chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice and a little water. Cover and heat through. Serve hot.
