12 oz Spaghetti pasta, dry
1/2 cup Small onions, chopped
4 oz Ground turkey, 99% fat free
1 cup Canned kidney beans, undrained
15 oz Canned diced tomatoes, no salt added, undrained
1 cup Tomato Sauce, unsalted
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon Chili powder

1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain when done.
2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and onions and saute until golden, about 3 minutes.
3. Add turkey breast and cook until done.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
5. Serve the sauce over the spaghetti.
