Citrus Tilapia
Serve this flavorful fish with an ample side of steamed veggies and brown rice for a wholesome, easy weeknight meal to bring your family together.
4 (6 oz.) tilapia fillets
1/2 c. fresh orange juice (about 1 orange)
3 T. fresh lime juice
1 t. brown sugar
1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
2 t. lower-sodium soy sauce
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. ground cumin
1/4 t. black pepper
1/4 t. ground red pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 t. paprika

1. Arrange fish in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan coated lined with parchment paper. Combine orange juice with remaining ingredients except for paprika; pour over fish. Let stand 15 minutes.
2. Preheat broiler.
3. Sprinkle fish with paprika; broil 15 minutes. Drizzle sauce over fish to serve.
