1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add curry powder and red pepper stirring constantly for 1 minute.
2. Add cauliflower, onion and salt. Cook, stirring constantly for 2 - 3 minutes or until onion is crisp-tender.
3. Reduce heat, add 6 tablespoons water, Cover and cook 8 -10 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.
